Gnu Mara River Camp is in the Kogatende area of the Northern Serengeti, close to the famous Mara River, where more than 2.5 million wildebeests and zebras cross while migrating to Maasai Mara.
The camp is open from June to mid-November each year. The accommodation tent includes eight standard tents, configured as double, twin, or triple, and two family tents. A bar and restaurant are available for in-house guests.
Traveling to witness an once-in-a-lifetime experience, this is the place to be. Pitched on the Serengeti’s Northern part of Kogatende, this camp features ten luxury tented rooms, including two family units facing the great savannah of Serengeti’s northern plain. The site has Wi-Fi, en-suite tented rooms, a bar, and a restaurant.
The nearest airstrip is Kogatende, which is frequented by daily flights from Arusha, Maasai Mara, Zanzibar, and Dar es Salaam.
